Common questions

• What does the app do? It exposes one read-only tool, get_greeting, which returns a friendly greeting and renders it as a small inline widget. See the overview.
• Does it collect my data? No. The app stores, logs, shares, and sells nothing. See the Privacy Policy.
• Does it need a login? No. The MCP endpoint is unauthenticated and has no access to your ChatGPT account, history, files, or memory.
• The greeting widget isn't showing. Make sure the Hello Greeting connector is enabled for the chat, then ask for a greeting again (e.g. "Use Hello Greeting to greet Nicholas").
