1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Hello Greeting (the "app"), a reference app for the ChatGPT Apps SDK published by Clockwork Innovations, LLC (the "publisher"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Hello Greeting exposes a single read-only tool, get_greeting, which returns a friendly greeting string and a small inline HTML widget. The app collects no data, requires no authentication, performs no side-effecting actions, and makes no network calls to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

The app is provided for ordinary, lawful use within ChatGPT. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or otherwise misuse the service.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. It is a minimal reference app and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. The app is free to use and processes no personal data, so any such liability is in any case limited.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
